Solder Bucket |

Our standard range of D-sub-miniature connectors are supplied with gold plated machine turned contacts and are available in 3 plating classes. Class I rated at 500 mating cycles, Class II at 400 and Class III at 100. The solder bucket contacts can be supplied pre-tinned if specified.
The contact blocks are in PBT Thermoplastic UL 94V0) with an operational temperature range of -55 to +125 degrees C.
Both male and female connectors are available in either zinc and yellow chromate or tin plated shells. Male connectors only are available with tinned and dimpled shells.
For those applications were non magnetic shells are required it is possible to supply the connectors fitted with brass, gold plated shells. For further detail on custom built product please contact our product engineering group to discuss your requirement. |

Available in the same contact configurations and plating variants as the solder bucket termination style, the range of D connectors for straight PCB mounting can also be supplied with pre-tinned contacts.

Right Angled PCB |

Again available in the same styles and contact configurations, the right angle variants are also available in either European or US ‘footprint’ styles. These connectors can be supplied complete with mounting hardware, such as angle mounting brackets and screw-locks.

Supplied in the standard styles and contact block configurations fitted with the 13.3mm long. 0.6mm square pin to terminate with 3 wraps. Alternative pin lengths are available on request.
